Position Overview:
Were looking for a highly organized and data-savvy Performance Marketing & Events Manager to own paid advertising efforts while supporting regional marketing campaigns and event initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both digital and community environments and can balance tactical execution with creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Execute retargeting strategies and improve conversion paths via affiliate/referral tracking.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI across media investments.
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Execute local marketing efforts including email, SMS, sponsorships, and geo-targeted advertising.
- Support event planning and on-the-ground campaign execution in local markets.
- Manage organic and paid social content calendars to drive community engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to guide LinkedIn strategy and cross-functional campaigns.
- Run A/B tests and analyze results to improve messaging, creative, and targeting.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working with UTM parameters, referral tracking, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency level 60+ recommended).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in event coordination or local sponsorship marketing.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design or content production experience.
