We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Business Development professional to expand our global healthcare marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding healthcare providers—such as clinics and doctors—onto our platform. Your goal will be to establish strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence through effective business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with healthcare providers to introduce them to our platform and subscription services.
-Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new providers, expand our market reach, and drive long-term business growth.
-Sales & Negotiation: Present tailored solutions to healthcare providers, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our marketplace.
-Market Research: Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and optimize provider engagement.
-Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales progress, and follow-ups, ensuring an organized and efficient sales cycle.
-Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts in provider acquisition, brand positioning, and service optimization.
-Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the marketplace.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, ideally within -healthcare, medical services, or tech-driven platforms.
-Strong ability to sell subscription-based services (B2B) and build long-term relationships with clients.
-Experience in SaaS, BPO, or digital executive sales with a track record of success in closing deals and driving revenue.
-Ability to conduct market research and adapt sales strategies to different regions and healthcare needs.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
-Proficiency in CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize outreach efforts.
-Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
