The role is responsible for leading QA activities across multiple squads.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in complex, multi-system projects and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate QA activities across multiple development teamsOwn end-to-end (E2E) testing readiness, ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholdersOversee test data preparation and validation across systemsManage defect lifecycle: triage, prioritization, and resolution follow-up with dev teamsProvide clear reporting on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholdersRequirementsDirect experience with ZephyrProven experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead in large-scale, complex projectsHands-on experience with E2E testing coordination across multiple teams/systemsSolid experience in defect management and QA governanceAbility to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environmentsExperience working in Agile / distributed team setupsNice to HaveExperience with CRM platforms and loyalty/marketing systemsPrior exposure to retail or omnichannel environments
