  • Design and maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation using Salesforce Flows and declarative tools.
  • Create, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports to support decision-making across Sales, Ops, and CX teams.
  • Manage data quality, including deduplication, imports, data hygiene, and regular audits.
  • Support integrations with platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Nue.io CPQ, and internal tools.
  • Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert and liaison for internal teams, providing guidance and user support.
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions; document processes, train users, and drive adoption.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to partner with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, or tools like Zapier, Workato is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: Exposure to Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components; background in logistics, healthcare, or mission-driven tech environments.
