This role sits at the intersection of Learning & Development, Performance Management, and People Analytics, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to enable high performance through practical, scalable, and data-driven solutions.You will play a hands-on role owning core talent processes while translating data into insight, facilitating high-impact forums, and ensuring learning and performance initiatives drive real capability and business outcomes.
Purpose of the RoleDesign, deliver, and continuously evolve integrated learning and performance solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, build critical capabilities, and directly support business priorities.
The role blends strategy, execution excellence, and analytics—moving beyond programs and cycles into measurable impact.
What You'll DoPerformance Management & Talent GovernanceOwn and evolve the performance management cycle end-to-end (goal setting, mid-year, year-end, calibration, and promotion linkage where applicable).
Lead and facilitate performance conversations with leaders, ensuring clarity, fairness, and high-quality decision-making.Build and maintain performance dashboards and analytics (distribution trends, differentiation quality, rater bias signals, attrition risk correlations, readiness indicators).
Learning & Capability DevelopmentDesign, coordinate, and deliver learning initiatives from needs analysis through delivery and and roll out leadership development programs and scalable capability curricula (blended learning ecosystems).
Analytics, Systems & Continuous ImprovementTranslate learning and performance data into clear, executive-ready insights and crisp PowerPoint narratives and robust Excel models that leaders can act on learning and performance operations: communications, scheduling, LMS/LXP setup, tracking, and data hygiene.Support enhancements to talent systems, workflows, and automation opportunities.
Experience & Capabilities3+ years of experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or People Analytics roles.Proven experience in complex, fast-paced organizations with multiple stakeholders.Hands-on leadership of: Performance management cycles and performance conversationsEnd-to-end learning initiatives (diagnosis, design, delivery, measurement)Strong grounding in competency and capability frameworks and blended learning models.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills: Executive storytelling and data-driven narrativesPivots, formulas, scenario views; dashboards and reportingComfort working with learning and performance metrics (Kirkpatrick or similar frameworks)Fluency in English (written and spoken).
