Location:São Paulo, SP, Brazil(Rua Samuel Morse 74, Edificio Igarata – Monções)Main Responsibilities:Responsible for daily application system operation and maintenance to ensure stable operationMonitor and analyze application performance; identify and resolve system issuesAssist in application deployment and upgrades to ensure smooth transitionsMaintain operation documentation, system changes, and runbooksProvide technical support to customers and internal teamsConduct system health checks to prevent risks and propose improvementsCollaborate with the development team to support dev/test environmentsWork Experience:Experience in application operation, maintenance, or system managementExperience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferredCertification Requirements (Preferred):Familiar with ITIL framework and application operation best practicesRelevant certifications (RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plusSkills Requirements:Familiar with application operation tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)Ability to troubleshoot system failures and optimize performanceProficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Shell) – preferredExperience in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
