Most importantly, it puts people first!We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This role supports the end-to-end payment lifecycle, including cash management, payment processing, account reconciliation, and communication with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Process global payments to employees, tax authorities, and vendors using our Payment Services platform.Maintain payment schedules, update and monitor monthly payment run lists to meet deadlines, including scheduled, quarterly, and ad hoc payments.Coordinate with Global Operations to receive approved payment files and confirm submission of instructions.Notify clients of fund settlement dates, follow up on outstanding funds, and confirm receipt of payments.Manage bank files by uploading payment files to banking portals and internal platforms.Respond promptly to inquiries related to payments, funding, or reconciliation.Assist with onboarding new clients into Payment Services, reviewing payment setups for go-live readiness.Prioritize urgent tasks and adapt to schedule changes.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.M.Com or MBA (Finance) is an advantage.2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Financial Operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word, with advanced Excel skills.Highly organized and process-oriented.Desirable Skills:Experience with payment platforms or banking portals.Familiarity with accounting software.Understanding of payroll operations or payroll accounting.Background in financial services, payroll, or global payment operations.Who we are and what we do:Safeguard Global helps 1500+ companies hire, manage, and pay employees in 170+ countries.
