Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Java Developer to join our team in Brazil.
You will take ownership of development tasks, ensure timely delivery, and communicate progress or blockers clearly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and MyBatis
Write efficient SQL, understand indexing strategies, and work with relational databases
Work with middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Elasticsearch (nice to have)
Take ownership of tasks, track progress proactively, and communicate challenges or blockers in a timely manner
Analyze and resolve development issues independently
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong experience with Spring Boot and JDK
Solid knowledge of MyBatis
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database indexing
Experience with at least one messaging queue or caching middleware (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) is a plus
Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
